It was an epic weekend of swimming at the 2024 Victorian Open LC Championships and Citi Para Swimming World Series, with an impressive field including Olympic and Paralympic Champions, Australian Dolphins, international para stars and Victoria’s most talented swimmers putting on a show at MSAC.
The field was amazing, with numerous Dolphins attending: Emma McKeon, Lani Pallister, Cody Simpson and Kaylee McKeown, just to name a few. The swimming was hot, with a number of Victorian and All Comers records toppling over the course of the 3 day meet.
Tamsin Cook had an amazing meet, and received the SV Trophy as champion in the Women’s 800m Freestyle.

A big thank you to our amazing coaching team – Seb, Marcus G, Marcus B, Adrian and Craig – providing individual and incredible advice and guidance to the entire team. And not forgetting, our wonderful myotherapy partner, Tuyen Nguyen, who popped into MSAC to specifically treat one of our injured swimmers.
