The Propulsion National Open Team has returned home after a successful visit across the border to the SA Open State Championships. Despite being in a high training load with some athletes fresh out of COVID isolation, the team was able to produce some standout performances.
Congratulations are in order to Nick Layton, James McBride and Luka Zubcic for medalling.
Propulsion swimmer of the meet, Nick, was a standout, winning numerous medals in both the able bodied and multi class events, including Gold in the 100m butterfly.
Also pleasing was the fact that all members of the Propulsion team featured in either an A or B final, showing the depth of the Open squad.
